Knitted Journal

| Knitted Journal Interactive Knitted Project, 2007-ongoing Dimensions: expanding daily
"Please feel free to touch the artwork"
Participants knit one stitch, knit 10, knit however many they like.
Each participant knits for their own reasons; for joy, because others have knitted before them, to learn how, to be part of something that causes no harm, or just knit for the sake of knitting.
Knitted Journal grows with each unique stitch. Each stitch, including dropped stitches and tangled first stitches are an integral part of the artwork.
Participants complete a section in the log book explaining what they were thinking and feeling while completing their stitches. Shortly, the logbook will be available online so that participants and observers can follow the travels of the artwork which they have contributed to.
There are over 200 entries in the logbook by more than 180 knitters, many more have participated.
