Support The Artist
Some lovely humans have asked how they can support my work.
If you'd like to contribute to future experiments, materials, residencies and the organised chaos of the studio, you can do so here.
Your contribution helps keep the lights on, funds the purchase of art supplies, the occasional existential crisis... oh and keeps the girl fuelled with Barbecue Shapes, Orange Poweraid (it’s the best one and I won’t hear otherwise) and coffee.
Thank you for believing in experiments and the pursuit of delusion.
Yours in strange residencies… and limited currencies,
Lada-xx
The Finest of Fine Artists [Certified]
P.S. I’ve thrown in a little download to say thank you
No money.. no worries. Truly.
Artist’s are good at making stuff happen with limited resources. There are nonmonetary ways you can support us and trust me… we are so very grateful.
Show Up: online and in person
Follow, like, comment, share and tag artists on social media. It all counts more than you think.
Don’t get me wrong, I need the little dopamine hit of your interaction like I need air… but your momentary click also sends an important message to the algorithm; that real humans actually care about the arts and artists.
Engage with art posts. Watch the whole video. Save it. Share it. The algorithm is an arsehole.
Attend events, performances, exhibitions and openings... You’ll find me hiding in the storage cupboard.
You’ll probably meet other decent humans. Eat some vegan cheese and bonus… drink some gutter wine from a paper cup. Art events can be fun for everyone… except sometimes the person with their heart on the wall. Stay a minute. Say hello to someone you haven’t met. Send the photos you take.
Artists ARE the biggest supporters of artists. We’re a community, share opportunities. Pass things on. Show the way to the discrete side entrance and if you’re in a room with big wigs… name-drop the little guy.
